Refund Policy

We want Qartalog to genuinely work for your business. If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact us through our contact page and we'll help you through the process.

Paddle's handling of refunds is also covered by Paddle's Refund Policy.

After the first 30 days, you can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then.

The same 30-day money-back guarantee applies to annual subscriptions: request a refund within 30 days of your order date for a full refund of the annual amount.
